Kids Competition

For committed young athletes preparing for tournaments. Offered in both Gi and No-Gi.

Kids Wrestling

Folkstyle wrestling fundamentals taught by Coach Lorenzo — discipline, toughness, and technique.

Toddler Class

An age-appropriate intro for our youngest students, focused on coordination, listening, and basic positions.

Women's Class

A welcoming, women-only No-Gi training environment for jiu jitsu at every level.

Boxing

Striking fundamentals and conditioning — footwork, defense, and combinations for all experience levels.

Open Mat

Open training time to drill, roll, and spar. Separate weekly sessions for kids and adults.
